Leticia Murphy
Chief Executive Officer
Having co-founded the original company, New Jersey Sorting Company in 1984, Leticia now resides as Chairperson, leading The Millennium Group (TMG) into a nationally recognized full service management company. Coming from a production mail background, Leticia maintains a steadfast vision on the founding principles of which TMG was built on; client loyalty, commitment to employees, and rewarding success has been the staple of Leticia’s leadership in her thirty-five (35) years with the organization.
Through the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, she was a formidable driver behind the commitment to begin TMG’s national expansion. Having a deep focus on production mail operations, Leticia knew that her experience would lend value to channeling TMG’s success throughout North America. She began to drive process with an eye on expense management and cost reductions for clients. She has been and continues to be an instrumental leader with major strategic investing, market expansion, and diversification of service offerings.
Today, Leticia leads TMG, encompassing an Associate population of 2,500 professionals across North America. She continues to drive the business by challenging her TMG leaders to evolve and create market relevance. Leticia’s participative leadership style continues to be her biggest asset as TMG continues year of year growth.
Timothy P. Kerner
President
Tim is the President of The Millennium Group (TMG), and a member of its Board of Directors.
As President, Tim is responsible for the company’s overall vision and strategy, financial objectives, and investment priorities. Under his leadership, the organization has delivered record sales and enabled profitable growth. Tim is a strategically-focused, financially disciplined, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in the Facilities Management and Office Services industry.
A seasoned business leader, Tim drives business and transformational success at The Millennium Group. Hyper-focused on moving innovation and company value forward, he leads the organization through transformation driven by innovation, operational excellence, and strategic execution.
Tim has been an integral part of TMG’s senior leadership team for well over three decades, developing strategies that TMG is executing with excellence to drive the company’s growth today. TMG’s positive momentum, balanced growth, and value creation reflect the underlying strength of these strategic choices and the organization.
For much of the past decade, Tim was critical in setting the strategy that transformed the company’s offerings from a local provider to a global leader that supports major brands and Fortune 500 companies. Tim champions innovations that create the best customer experience and solutions. He’s leading the company into a more digital world where TMG empowers clients by harnessing innovation, alliance partnerships, and the continued application of new digital solutions such as digital mail, smart lockers, automated receiving software, and more, across the on-premise client workplace mail, print and back-office service portfolio. Tim has been an integral part of his customers’ success as he streamlines workflow operations, introduces supply chain programs, integrates paperless technology, and introduces cloud usage solutions for corporate business services.
He has appeared in national seminars and trade shows, such as: MailCom, National Postal Forum, IFMA Worldwide Workplace, NY/NY Postal Customer Councils, National Association of Purchasing Managers, National Association of Educators & Buyers, and the Florida Postal Customer Council, to discuss leadership, and share industry knowledge. Tim has presented on security assessments jointly with the USPS Postal Inspection Service & FBI. He has been featured in MAIL: The Journal of Communication Distribution on several different occasions for leadership, security, and future trends in outsourcing.
A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and a retired Officer of the U.S. Army Reserve-National Guard, Tim serves on numerous Executive Boards, Direct Mail Depot, Shamrock Trucking, and an Advisory Board with Smiota Inc., a global advanced delivery locker system & software delivery application. He has served on prestigious boards including: NJ Veteran Chamber of Commerce, NJ Mail Systems Management Association, NJ Postal Customer Council, 28th Infantry Division Officer’s Council, Boys & Girls Club, and the YMCA. Tim is a member of the National Guard Association, , and the American Legion. He has been decorated with numerous military awards including the 28th Infantry Division Officer of the Year, Army Achievement Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Meritorious Unit Citation Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, and Meritorious Service Medal. He is active in the philanthropic, civic, and cultural leadership for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), along with many other non-profit organizations.
Chris Trainor
Chief Financial Officer
Christopher Trainor is Chief Financial Officer of The Millennium Group and a member of the Board of Directors. A native of New York City, Chris graduated from St Joseph’s College and went on to receive his Master’s Degree from CUNY. After serving seven years as the Corporate Controller, Chris went on to become the Chief Financial Officer in 2007.
Chris is responsible for all of TMG’s Financial Functions and future Financial Strategies. As CFO, he directs all accounting, finance, tax and information technology activities. In 2004 Chris engineered the corporate spin out of The Millennium Group and TMG Mail Solutions, paving the way for TMG to become a leader in the Office Services industry. More recently Chris, in close partnership with the rest of TMG’s executive council, closed a series of acquisitions expanding TMG’s service line to Document Management, Digital Print, and Logistics Services.
Dermot Murphy Jr.
Chief of Staff
A veteran of The Millennium Group, Dermot champions strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and robust innovation at TMG. As Chief of Staff, Dermot oversees governance, logistics, quality and control, innovation, partnerships, safety, and sustainability, along with leading our Digital Mail and Print services. He brings together all operational, sales, and administrative areas of the firm to foster greater collaboration and efficient management thereof.
Prior to Chief of Staff, Dermot was the Director of Quality, where he led TMG’s launch of its Virtual Learning Center – an industry-leading automated enterprise training portal. He has over two decades of distribution and office services expertise. Along with Quality Control, Dermot has led Operations during major national company expansions, along with leading: enterprise services, multiple site operations, production print, shipping/receiving, legal document and operations management, automation, warehousing, mail screening, security protocols, records management and direct mail.
Prior to joining TMG, Dermot worked in The Millennium Group founding organization - New Jersey Sorting Company – facilitating and managing direct mail and fulfillment needs for major corporations and financial mailers in the New York City Metropolitan area. Dermot holds an Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) certification from the US Postal Service.
Frank W. Farnacci
Executive Vice President
A highly skilled and strategic executive who has built high-performing, results-orientated teams, Frank further grows TMG’s market-leading position while delivering its unique services-led value to customers.
Currently overseeing The Millennium Group’s (TMG) Business Development, Marketing, and Supplier Diversity teams, Frank drives the strategic vision, develops and fosters client relationships, leads the opening of new markets, including TMG’s global expansion, maximizes the development of brand and communications strategies to include outreach plans for multi-faceted, multi-channel programs, along with ensuring customer excellence. Frank also establishes channel partner markets to expand firm revenues and propagates supplier partnerships to fully support client requirements.
A recognized leader in the development and implementation of customer-focused transformative mail, print, and back-office solutions, Frank possesses more than three decades of experience encompassing mail services and the document distribution facilities management industry. His office services industry experience spans the entire lifecycle of a: facilities management engagement, program development, justification, and demonstrated return-on-investment to daily services execution compliance, and quality monitoring through existing strategies and competitive displacement. His focused expertise lies in outsourcing program development, including staffing, automated processing systems, quality control, and program compliance.
Frank possesses a strategic and customer-centric mindset and is focused on helping customers with their transformation within the client workplace services industry. Under Frank’s leadership, his teams drive progress, and deliver results, providing customers with unmatched value in a variety of areas encompassing TMG’s managed client workplace services. He creates a clear strategy and identity for TMG’s services portfolio, unifying sales development, marketing innovation, and supplier diversity to enable customer excellence.
Frank is passionate about the industry; he is actively involved in industry associations and educational forums driving thought leadership, vision, and transformation. He has been published in office services industry trade journals including MAIL: The Journal of Communication Distribution, MailStream, and newsletters for the NY and NJ Mail Systems Management Association, along with the NY Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Frank has spoken at trade events including the National Postal Forum, The National Association of Educational Buyers, the Postal Customer Council of NY, the Institute for Supply Management, NY and NJ Chapter meetings of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA), and the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS).
Merrick Colson
Executive Vice President, Global Operations
Merrick brings a relentless pursuit of excellence with a focus on understanding customers’ needs today while anticipating changes in the future. He leads TMG’s operational service delivery, execution, expansion, strategic direction, and all customer-facing functions within its growing portfolio of global clientele in both Soft and Hard Services. He possesses a customer-centric mindset and is focused on partnering with customers to help them with their operational transformation within the client workplace services industry.
Merrick has an unsurpassed level of expertise in Facilities and Office Services Management including responsibilities for the total document life cycle of the workplace experience. A recognized leader in the development of customer-focused operations, Merrick possesses more than 29 years of experience encompassing leadership. Before his role as an Executive Director in April 2022, Merrick has had a progressive seventeen (17) year history of leadership at TMG. He served as the Director of Operations and Managing Director for the North American western region. During his tenure, Merrick was instrumental in TMG’s national expansion across North America as he led operations across new markets and top Fortune 100 companies within the western and mid-western regions nationwide. He didn’t stop at the border and diversified the customer base globally as he is also instrumental in TMG’s global expansion to the United Kingdom and Central America.
With more than 31 years of proven success in the client workplace services industry, Merrick is passionate about the industry; he is actively involved on industry boards, associations, and educational forums driving thought leadership, vision, and transformation. Merrick is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB), and a Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM). He has served on the executive board of the local PCC and as the National Vice President of Chapter Operations with the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA). Merrick is a continuing contributor and has been profiled in MAIL: The Journal of Communication Distribution and Mailing Systems Technology magazine. Recently, Merrick was a recipient of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) Distinguished Service Award, for his significant contributions towards the advancement and enrichment of his local MSMA chapter and a continued commitment to the Association nationally.
Danielle Fitzgerald
Director of Human Resources
Danielle is a thought leader who has changed the function, culture, and impact of HR across TMG to support its business goals and strategies, as well as the needs and, aspirations of its Associates around the world. She is known for her results-driven and detail-oriented performance, with demonstrated strength in leadership and effective communication.
Danielle began her career with The Millennium Group and its affiliates in 2012 and now oversees TMG's Human Resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, policies and technology, and employee relations.
Danielle leads a team of Human Resources professionals who drive the company’s efforts to be a great place to work through a focus on recognizing and rewarding performance, creating opportunities for Associates to develop and grow, being an inclusive workplace, and supporting Associates’ physical, and emotional wellness. She has led efforts that have resulted in more effective and streamlined company-wide talent acquisition practices, diversity and inclusion strategies, a wide range of HR policy initiatives, comprehensive talent management, and talent development programs, employee relations, employment law and compliance, and performance management.
Danielle is passionate about employing data and analytics to identify emerging trends and drive meaningful HR and business advancements. She developed TMG's HR Benefits website, a resource that gives associates convenient 24/7 access to HR and Insurance-related information.
Danielle is certified in Human Resources Management through Pace University. Combining her expertise in people management and executive leadership, Danielle is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Anthony Luongo
Director of Security
Anthony is an established thought leader in the security industry with deep law enforcement expertise, acute business acumen, and a reputation for driving transformational change in the world of security.
A veteran of TMG, whose core mission is to ensure TMG meets its security and privacy obligations to our customers, Associates, and partners, Anthony leads the efforts to evolve and mature the company’s security program. He engages with customers as well as with the wider security community and collaborates across TMG to develop and showcase security best practices. Anthony also oversees SafeMail New York and SafeMail West, an innovative joint venture to screen mail for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) threats.
Anthony has over 20 years of Law Enforcement experience and over 15 years of Operational expertise. Before TMG, at the NYC Police Department, he held significant roles including Detective Supervisor where he was responsible for various patrol, staff, investigative, and administrative assignments. Anthony also worked extensively with the NYPD Intelligence Division where he worked closely with the U.S. Secret Service and was involved in the NYC Citywide security assessment project.
As an Operations Manager at ABM Security Services, Anthony was responsible for overseeing a workforce of over 650 security officers in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. His managed a large regional account with the U.S. Postal Service that encompassed 18 bulk mail facilities, having extensive interaction with the U.S. Postal Inspector’s Service and Postal Police. Anthony has extensive experience in facilities management including securing building entry points such as loading docks and messenger centers in numerous commercial office buildings.
Anthony shares his expertise with many of our clients promoting a much safer and secure work environment. He is also connected with his vast network of law enforcement and private security agencies, keeping TMG informed of current events, threats, essential knowledge, and protocols to allow the firm to provide critical and valuable information to all of its clients.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint John’s University. Anthony is a lifetime member of the NYPD Sergeants Benevolent Association as well as ASIS International and the National Law Enforcement Associates.
Chris Day
Director of Safety and Innovation
A seasoned executive with a unique combination of experience in technical, operational, and business leadership. Chris is a growth-minded leader, leveraging technology to drive business value and client experience through advanced, and powerful solutions. In addition, he also works with our technology partners to drive software innovation and advance service offerings.
As an out-of-the-box thinker, Chris is committed to continuous improvement and customer success, incorporating unique strategies and new technologies to exceed all expectations. Chris developed and introduced the TMG Web Application, streamlining operations and boosting efficiency with automated checklists and advanced reporting.
A 16-year veteran of TMG, and 20 honorable years in the United States Army, Chris is a true leader. As a former Associate Director of Operations at TMG, Chris has a proven track record in building and leading operational teams that deliver enterprise-wide transformative client workplace experiences. He has proven leadership skills along with extensive industry knowledge in Military Postal administration, security, and operations. Due to Chris' expertise and experience in diversified operations, encompassing mail, reprographics, distributed print, shipping, receiving, and reception services, he understands the needs of TMG operations when looking for new technologies.
Chris is an active member of the Greater New York Postal Customer Council (PCC) and the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA). He holds an Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) certification from the U.S. Postal Service.
Nick Staffieri
Director of Operations
An innovative leader and a distinguished, multi-disciplined manager with over 25 years of operations and executive management experience in the outsourced facilities management industry.
Nick is a Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager, recognized for streamlining operations, eliminating redundancies, and maximizing assets in personnel, facilities, and security. As an innovative executive leader with broad general management expertise and a passion for customer-focused sales and support, Nick is experienced in scaling operations from the startup stage to sustaining high-volume services and logistics. He served on the National Board of Directors for the Mail Systems Management Association, held various leadership positions in local industry associations, and is a recognized speaker for trade shows and conventions including MAILCOM, the National Postal Forum, and MSMA.
Prior to The Millennium Group, Nick built an operational and organizational infrastructure for a business process outsourcing organization to help the company’s growth and expansion into a national brand. He has a deep background in human resources and employee relations with many publishing credits to his name including the author of “The Staffieri Principles – A Philosophy in Employee Management.” Nick has a proven ability to translate strategy into tactical planning and execution—from business development to finance, talent management, customer service, and client support. He is committed to the highest standard of professional excellence.
Linh Ta
Associate Director of Operations
Linh leads operational excellence and strategic leadership in the greater Midwest region by driving operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
Linh has a proven track record of driving efficiency and compliance while delivering world-class customer experiences. She has successfully overseen operations at high-volume facilities, implemented process improvement initiatives that led to substantial productivity gains, and built and mentored high-performing teams. Linh has years of experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership, along with a strong focus on identifying and managing risks, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring operations consistently achieve their goals.
Manpreet Dillon
Associate Director of Operations
Manpreet brings over a decade of progressive experience in the Operations and Client Services field. She services clients across the Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest markets. Manpreet's exceptional problem-solving skills have spurred her growth in Operations and management throughout the Facilities Management industry.
Manpreet's goal for her regions is continued growth for clients and growth for her Where Service Matters teams that enable them to augment their career skills. Manpreet continuously improves service levels and provides clients with options for additional services, as evidenced by her efforts throughout the years.
Manpreet has an extensive professional portfolio that includes her role at Konica Minolta, where she led a team of highly trained Technology Consultants, advising organizations on business process optimization. She was also engaged in strategic sales, marketing, and planning to ensure market potential was fully identified, pursued, and developed. Prior to her time with Konica Minolta, Manpreet worked at Canon as a Regional Operations Manager. She drove the strategic, operational, and financial growth of client engagements spanning a geographic territory including Southern and Western regions. In this role, she led a team of managers, directing the performance of over 80 employees nationally. She also supported sales activities, enabling ongoing retention and organic growth.
Manpreet is a PMP-certified professional and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in enterprise-level process improvement projects. She is also a certified trainer and has orchestrated the design, planning, and facilitation of multiple programs including functional and soft skills training.
Pamela Sajnani
Associate Director - Supplier Diversity Officer / Marketing
Pamela is a creative, strategic, and visionary thinker with a fifteen (15) year history of building brands and messaging. Her experience spans various industries and includes work at large brands, consulting agencies, and early stage companies. With a wealth of experience in the Marketing industry, she has consistently delivered outstanding results in enhancing corporate brand strength, revolutionizing digital marketing through data-driven insights, and cultivating effective collaborations that drive positive business results.
Pamela is primarily responsible for strengthening TMG's brand, driving supplier diversity initiaves, and maintaining its position as a trusted client workplace solutions leader dedicated to the industries that it serves.
Leading the Marketing team at TMG, Pamela is responsible for driving marketing efforts that contribute to long-term success in alignment with company goals, including but not limited to: increasing brand awareness, building brand value, increasing leads via digital marketing, and corporate communications. She builds client experience through: Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Strategy, Event Management, Creative Design.
Alongside leading Marketing efforts, Pamela was appointed as TMG’s first Supplier Diversity Officer in 2020 where she leads the development and implementation of strategies that promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) across the firm's supply chain. This includes outreach where Pamela develops relationships with businesses ranging from fortune 500 companies, c-suite corporations, to other diverse businesses. In addition, she seeks and fosters new vendor relationships from other diverse businesses and assists in reporting initiatives. She is Supplier Development and Diversity Certified from David Burton.
Prior to joining TMG, Pamela served as a Marketing Consultant to consulting firms such as Constratus, Delane Consulting and Gleafts, LLC where she led multiple, complex Marketing projects for their Forutne 500 customers such as Verizon, AT&T, and Prudential Financial. Pamela began her career at News Coporation where she spent seven (7) years in various Marketing positions.
Pamela holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and various Digital Marketing continuing studies certifications from New York University. She is a Google-certified Analytics and Google Ads marketer, LinkedIn-certified Marketing Insider, and Hubspot-certified in Marketing and Sales Software.
Katie Wilson
Compliance Manager
A Seton Hall University graduate with a B.A. in Social and Behavioral Science and a minor in Sociology, Katie holds a vast array of experience in Compliance.
Katie oversees compliance within the organization and ensures compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, Katie establishes standards and implements procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations. She proactively identifies, evaluates, mitigates, and reports on compliance, regulatory, and reputational risks across TMG.
Prior to The Millennium Group, she spent several years working in the social services industry. Having started at TMG in Accounts Payable, Katie worked with different vendors and lease management services, then transferred to the billing team. She took the billing role to the next level by mainstreaming invoicing from Excel to Freshbooks. Katie significantly improved and updated the billing process to fit TMG’s client needs, as well as worked with contracts and reporting financials within the company.
