We excitedly welcome Manpreet Dhillon, who has joined The Millennium Group as an Associate Director supporting the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and other markets.
In Manpreet’s most recent role at Konica Minolta, she led a team of highly trained Technology Consultants, advising organizations on business process optimization. She was also engaged in strategic sales, marketing and planning to ensure market potential was fully identified, pursued and developed. Prior to her time with Konica Minolta, Manpreet worked at Canon as a Regional Operations Manager. She drove the strategic, operational and financial growth of client engagements spanning a geographic territory including Southern and Western regions. In this role, she led a team of managers, directing the performance of 80+ employees nationally. She also supported sales activities enabling ongoing retention and organic growth.
Manpreet is a PMP certified professional with experience in enterprise-level process improvement projects. She is also a certified trainer and has orchestrated the design, planning, and facilitation of multiple programs including functional and soft skills training.
Manpreet was born and raised in Delhi, India and has a BA degree from the University of Delhi. She is proficient in three languages. She is a foodie who loves to travel, practice yoga and go biking with her husband in her free time. She is also a proud mom of two kittens named Yoda and Mando.
