The Millennium Group proudly welcomes Karen Brown, Human Resources (HR) Manager, to our Where Service Matters family. Karen joined the Millennium Group in December 2021 as a Senior HR Business Partner, but was recently promoted to HR Manager. She has several years of experience in the field of human resources with a strong background in employee relations and building partnerships across functional lines. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA Degree in Industrial Relations. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
In her spare time, she likes spending time with family and friends, cooking different recipes in her Ninja Foodie, going to the beach, and traveling. Her hobbies include bowling, fishing, and occasionally cake decorating.
