Our Where Service Matters team provides a full suite of operational services that are crucial to the smooth running of Novartis’s day-to-day activities. Our responsibilities encompass handling all mail and shipping/receiving tasks to ensure that operations are seamless and efficient. We also manage mass mailings and inter-site deliveries, maintain copier services, and oversee the ordering and invoicing of office supplies.
Our dedicated teams in New Jersey and Melville, NY are key to our success. In New Jersey, the team is led by Patrick Keusch as Mail Services Manager, with Alex Filiman overseeing shipping and receiving. They are supported by Allison Schall, Tommy Yaghnam, and Doreen Enderle, who ensure high standards in all service tasks. In Melville, NY, Daniel Schwartz continues to lead the site with commitment and expertise.
Since our partnership began, we have achieved significant milestones, including over $500,000 in cost savings for Novartis. These savings stem from strategic staff reductions, optimized equipment costs, and efficient vehicle management, underscoring our ability to improve efficiency without compromising service quality.
