We are pleased to announce the extension of our services with a global pharmaceutical company, Novartis, marking a decade of successful collaboration since December 2013. Novartis develops, manufactures, and markets healthcare products reaching more than 250 million people worldwide.

 

This extension is a testament to our teams’ continued commitment to deliver outstanding services and excellence in customer service at Novartis’s facilities in East Hanover, NJ, and Melville, NY. Our Where Service Matters team provides a full suite of operational services that are crucial to the smooth running of Novartis’s day-to-day activities. Our responsibilities encompass handling all mail and shipping/receiving tasks to ensure that operations are seamless and efficient. We also manage mass mailings and inter-site deliveries, maintain copier services, and oversee the ordering and invoicing of office supplies.

 

Our dedicated teams in New Jersey and Melville, NY are key to our success. In New Jersey, the team is led by Patrick Keusch as Mail Services Manager, with Alex Filiman overseeing shipping and receiving. They are supported by Allison Schall, Tommy Yaghnam, and Doreen Enderle, who ensure high standards in all service tasks. In Melville, NY, Daniel Schwartz continues to lead the site with commitment and expertise.

 

Since our partnership began, we have achieved significant milestones, including over $500,000 in cost savings for Novartis. These savings stem from strategic staff reductions, optimized equipment costs, and efficient vehicle management, underscoring our ability to improve efficiency without compromising service quality.

 

Recognition for our efforts comes not only from Novartis but also from within our own ranks. Team members like Patrick Keusch, Alex Filiman, and Doreen Enderle have been honored with awards for their exceptional customer service and leadership, reflecting the high standards we set for ourselves.
