Kudos to TMG Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Tremayne McClain, at a public corporate services client for his valuable contribution and commitment to the client. Since the start of the current pandemic, Tremayne has stood strong on the frontline and has been on-site everyday providing essential services to the client. Tremayne and his team have made it an easy transition for all remote Associates. Under his management, the team assists the BPO department daily in recording, scanning and overnighting all incoming checks for our clients. All incoming mail is forwarded weekly to Associates’ home offices. Vendor invoices are forwarded 2-3 times a week to associates for payment processing. He coordinates and tracks equipment returns for the Human Resources and LAN Department. Tremayne ensures the overnight mail is picked up daily by an UPS courier and if necessary, dropping it off at the offsite UPS store himself. He is mindful of savings on overall expenses in printing, shipping and courier services. “Tremayne is a valuable addition to the TMG team and a pleasure to work with.
