Kudos to Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Raymond Diaz, at one of our financial services clients, for his team player and leadership abilities. During a challenging two weeks, Ray was covering two (2) buildings, service calls, late night scheduled events, and also working long hours that started at 6:30am and not ending until 5pm or 8pm.
