Congrats to Where Service Matters Recognition Award Recipient, Phyllis Phillips, who services one of our major consumer electronics and fitness clients, for her outstanding customer service. Among other responsibilities, Phyllis assists the client with large shipping orders. Due to the current pandemic, it was difficult for the client to be on premise for the deliveries.
