Mark Small is Where Service Matters

Kudos to Recognition Award recipient Mark Small, who services one of our financial clients, for being “a super helpful asset” according to our client. Mark has been a huge help with managing the mail for the client.  Since they have been working remotely, Mark worked with the client to arrange to have the mail sent to one of their EAs and coordinate with others in the department when expecting time sensitive tax forms or payments to arrive.  Any time the client reaches out with a question or sends an email, Mark is quick to respond.  He is always professional, pleasant and very helpful!
