Big shoutout to Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Manny Guzman, at one of our Sports & Entertainment clients, for his outstanding customer service. Working independently, Manny works diligently to support print production demands that come at all times with varying requirements. During a huge weekend event and then league playoffs, Manny completed some large projects with quick deadlines where many would have needed support. He successfully executed each project perfectly. During a monthly visit with the client, they praised Manny for all of his hard work and his commitment to getting things done. “You always make my job easy.
