This past Friday afternoon, one of our newer team members accidentally sent out a letter that went through the copy center to be mailed. The team member was highly distraught about this. I called the copy center and Janel took care of the issue exactly as I requested. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the situation and executed the request promptly, which was needed in this case. It was late Friday afternoon when this event occurred. Given the time of day.
