Amazing job and congratulations to TMG Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Gregory Mason, at an American commercial real estate client for being an amazing team player. Recently two of the client locations in downtown Chicago required some additional Associates, however they needed guidance on how to use the receiving technology and guidance on following the process in delivery of mail/packages. Gregory stepped up to the challenge and trained all of them to ensure smooth services for the client, all while performing his daily responsibilities. The training went really well and all of the Associates are doing a great job. We are thankful for the help that Gregory provided and for being a team player. Gregory is truly Where Service Matters!
