Thank you to our TMG Where Service Matters Associates, Melanie Trujillo and Genesis Doylerth, at a Global bio-pharmaceutical client for their proactive solutions and commitment to customer service. Melanie and Genesis are excellent ambassadors for TMG during these challenging and uncertain times. They sprang into action when the client’s legal department had the need to process four (4) multi-file boxes of documents for a very important project. Constrained by the pandemic’s stay at home regulations, Melanie and Genesis sought a solution with the lowest risk possible. They stepped up to the plate and came in to receive, scan and email the contents of all 4 boxes of files, some of which posed a challenge due to the condition of the original papers. The ladies executed customer service to the highest caliber and received grateful appreciation. Melanie and Genesis, you both are Where Service Matters.
