Associate Recognition – Jesus Ibarra

Thank you to our TMG Associate, Jesus Ibarra, at a major technology client, for his commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As the COVID-19 pandemic has caused major businesses to close offices and force employees to work from home, business-critical mail and packages have been re-routed. During this entire time, Jesus has been coming into work and supporting remotely as needed. Right before the closure, Jesus worked on the client’s business continuity plan and set it in motion. He has been working a modified schedule, supporting remotely as needed and adjusting all processes to fulfill the needs and requests of multiple employees and department who had to work from home and had no access to the building.
