Tom Koeberling is Where Service Matters

Congratulations to Recognition Award Recipient, Tom Koeberling, who services one of our financial services clients, for always doing extra, without being prompted to do so. The team was packing up a client’s belongings, which took everyone’s efforts. After Tom received all the items, he neatly repackaged them, including breakables. The final touch was Tom making a custom box out of cut cardboard and shrink wrap for the oversized items. The client was beyond satisfied, and also very impressed and appreciative of Tom’s work.
