The Millennium Group welcomes Walter E. Burrier who has joined the TMG Team as a Transition Manager, supporting implementation and transformation of new local and national accounts. His responsibilities will include evaluating current services and staff requirements; documenting operating procedures and equipment schematics; handling installation and training for newly installed TMG technology; and modifying operations for maximum efficiency. All this will be executed while making certain to not adversely impact service levels and seamlessly maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels. Walter will be based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ headquarters.
Walter brings TMG many years of industry experience with his most recent position being that of Senior New Business Solutions Analyst with Canon Business Process Services. In his capacity and tenure there, Walter worked with the Sales team to develop and budget for new and renewal business deals. He was the analyst of record for more than $750 million in contract values for local, national, and campus environment clients. Areas of expertise included: Legal; Colleges & Universities; Hospital/Medical facilities; Warehouse & Manufacturing operations; and Financial/Banking organizations. Prior experience included being Office Services Manager at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Director of Office Services at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.
Walter is a lifelong resident of NYC and graduated with a Business Administration degree from Elizabeth Seton College in Yonkers, NY. Walter has spent his free time volunteering as an NYPD Auxiliary Police Officer for 27 years; and most recently as a New York City Emergency Management CERT officer with the Port Richmond CERT and Rescue Group on Staten Island, where he holds the position of Staten Island Borough Safety Chief.
