Where Service Matters proudly welcomes Tydus Mathis, an Enterprise Operations Director for a major Financial Services firm, to our TMG family! Tydus will be supporting our Financial Services client at eighty-five (85) of their client facilities, with over four hundred (400) customer-centric Where Service Matters Associates throughout North America!
Tydus is an accomplished leader that has spent the past 41 years working and thriving in the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry. He has built outstanding relationships with his client base and his most notable attribute is his ability to build cross functional and agile teams that have grown his reach organically by more than 150%. Tydus has extensive knowledge in client relationship management, operational efficiencies, logistics, document processing, and program management.
Tydus lives in Tega Cay, SC with his wife, Jaci. When not spending time with family and friends, they both are very active and find great joy in community service activities. Tydus also enjoys watching The Washington Football Team and is an avid traveler with many good stories to share.
