Congratulations to TMG's, Where Service Matters, Dermot Murphy Jr. to the position of Chief of Staff (COS) for TMG. As the COS, Dermot will take on a primary role of bringing together all operational, sales and administrative areas of TMG to foster greater collaboration and efficient management thereof. Dermot will also continue to manage all of TMG's Training, Quality, Client Survey and Audit programs. He will liaise with all operations teams nationally to seek and implement synergies and cost savings strategies that will be beneficial to TMG. In his duties, he will also implement a more active communication approach throughout all major departments of TMG. Dermot will take on a greater role of the day-to-day management of the business allowing others the ability to focus on growing the firm.
Dermot began his career with TMG in 1996 within field operations. He relocated to Tampa FL, for several years to lead the launch of this new market in the capacity of General Manager, Sales & Operations. With our northeast growth and expansion, Dermot returned to manage the Mid-Atlantic region while still maintaining oversight of the Southeast region. In recent years, Dermot has led our Training & Quality department and was responsible for fielding our first cloud-based training program, among other initiatives..Dermot, you are Where Service Matters!
