The Executive Management Team at The Millennium Group is comprised of seasoned veterans from the office services industry. Each specializes in a specific field and has displayed extensive knowledge in mail management, document reproduction, mail center security, and mail production operations. The Millennium Group gives clients full access to any one of our executive managers in order to ensure we are meeting all of their needs. This level of client responsiveness and customer service is unparalleled in our industry.

	Timothy P. Kerner, CMDSM, MQC – President: A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and a retired Officer of the U.S. Army Reserves, Tim is a Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) and is responsible for guiding TMG as a growing national leader in the mail services facilities management industry. Tim’s extensive office services industry experience includes the latest automated processing procedures, operations center designs, office productivity systems, security assessments, relocation applications and multi-facility integration. Tim has assisted corporations to stream line their operations, introduce supply chain programs, integrate paperless technology, and reduce operating costs. Tim has presented industry benchmarking, outsourcing and security seminars in concert with the U.S.P.S. Postal Inspection Service & FBI at MailCom, National Postal Forum, IFMA Worldwide Workplace, the PCC of Greater NY, the PCC of Greater New Jersey, National Association of Purchasing Managers, National Association of Educators & Buyers, NJ/NYMSMA, and the Florida PCC. Tim has been featured in MAIL: The Journal of Communication Distribution five (5) times for operations management, security as it relates to bio/chemical preparedness, and future trends in outsourcing. Tim is also a continuing contributor to Postal World and resides on numerous office services industry and Military Executive Boards to include the NJ Mail Systems Management Association, Postal Customer Council of Greater NJ, 28th Infantry Division Officer’s Council and the National Guard association.
	Frank W. Farnacci, MQC – Executive Vice President: Frank is a graduate of the State University of New York education system and has a “Mail piece Quality Control” certification from the U.S. Postal Service. Now in his nineteenth year with TMG, Frank has extensive experience in the mail services and document distribution facilities management industry, His office services industry experience spans the entire lifecycle of a facilities management engagement from program development, justification and demonstrated return on investment to daily services execution to compliance and quality monitoring through exiting strategies and competitive displacement. His focused expertise lies in outsourcing program development including staffing, automated procession systems, reprographics technologies and cost recovery systems. He currently leads The Millennium Group’s national business development efforts successfully opening new markets. He works closely with Operations Managers to ensure service delivery and execution. Frank has been published in office services industry trade journals including MAIL: The Journal of Communication Distribution, MailStream and newsletters for the NY and NJ Mail Systems Management Association and the NY Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Frank has spoken at trade events including the National Postal Forum, The National Association of Educational Buyers, the Postal Customer Council of NY, the Institute for Supply Management, NY and NJ Chapter meetings of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) and the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS). He is formerly Secretary of the New York Postal Customer Council and VP of Communications of the NY MSMA. At one time, he resided on the Board of IFMA’s Consultants Council and now is a member of their Corporate Headquarters Council.
	Dermot Murphy Jr., MQC – Director of Quality: A veteran of The Millennium Group’s Corporate Operations Management team and holding a Mail piece Quality Control (MQC) certification from the US Postal Service, Dermot is another internally developed member. Dermot has over ten years of distribution services management and office services industry experience. Prior to joining in 1996, Dermot worked in The Millennium Groupfounding organization - New Jersey Sorting Company – facilitating and managing direct mail and fulfillment needs for major corporations and financial mailers in the New York City Metropolitan area. He started with The Millennium Group in Business Development and then migrated to Operations as the firm quickly grew. Dermot relocated to Florida to lead southeastern market presencedevelopment. Dermot has led operations in The Millennium Group’s new markets during its national expansion that include Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware and Philadelphia. His strengths include multiple site mail operations, reprographics, shipping/receiving, legal document and operations management, automation, warehousing, records management and direct mail.
	Merrick Colson, CMDSM – Director, Western Region Operations: A Summa Cum Laude graduate from the Metropolitan State College of Denver, Merrick currently holds the credentials of Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM). A five-year veteran of The Millennium Group, Merrick brings an unsurpassed level of expertise to office servicesmanagement including multiple site mail operations, messenger and courier services, corporate shipping & receiving, asset management and other related support services. In his 20 years of experience in outsourced facilities management and consulting, Merrick has held various senior management positions. He has served on the executive board of the local PCC and as the National Vice President of Chapter Operations with the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA). Merrick is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows, MSMA meetings and PCC functions. He is a continuing contributor and has been profiled in MAIL: The Journal of Communication Distribution. Prior to his current position, Merrick was Regional Operations Manager for The Millennium Group’s Western Region. During his tenure, The Millennium Group established its position as an industry leader in the western marketplace. He currently leads the operational service delivery, execution, expansion, and strategic direction within its growing portfolio of clientele in the western United States. He has lead operations in The Millennium Group’s new markets during its western expansion that include top Fortune 1000 companies in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Additionally, Merrick holds responsibility for all customer-facing functions on The Millennium Group’s West Coast.
	Brian Guerriere — Director, Eastern Region Operations: Brian is a 32 year seasoned veteran of the outsourcing industry. After attending St. John’s University he began his career with Xerox where he spent 14+ years working his way up through the organization on Long Island and became the Operations Manager in Cleveland Ohio, where he also married and started a family. During his tenure at Xerox, he participated in extensive leadership, quality and equipment training. He returned to New York with a small independent company until he was asked to start up the operation for what is now Ikon Management Services. While at Ikon, he not only established the foundation for operations but he also played a key role in attaining the early clientele which solidified the business in New York and New Jersey. After several successful years, he moved up and on to Archer/Oce Business Services where he stayed for 11+ years as Operations Manager and Assistant Director of Operations. During his tenure at Archer he was recognized for the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, best practices, and employee recognition programs, including a President’s Club for operations management for which he was a multi-year recipient. Brian joined The Millennium Group a few years ago and is now the Director of Operations for the Northeast Region where he oversees TMG’s growing presence in the Eastern United States. He currently manages 4 TMG Operations Managers and 2 National Account Managers, providing leadership and support for over 68 clients in 116 locations. Since becoming part of the TMG team, Brian has spearheaded numerous initiatives including the creation and implementation of a Site Manager’s training and Orientation Program. He continues to work with his team to emphasize employee development, succession planning, and superior customer service which has enabled the team to achieve an impressive 100% renewal rate with our clients. Based out of New York City, Brian leads a team of Managers that fortifies TMG’s positioning throughout the region.
	Peggy Pojawa – Manager, Human Resources: A four-year veteran at The Millennium Group, Peggy Pojawa oversees the company’s national Human Resources program of over 1,000 employees nationwide. Peggy has helped develop The Millennium Group’s training and safety programs in addition to managing the employee benefits plans and national recruiting efforts. Prior to joining The Millennium Group as Human Resources Manager, Peggy designed and implemented the Human Resources programs for a property and casualty insurance company She transitioned 700 employees in 4 locations to new compensation and benefit plans, designed and implemented a corporate recruiting strategy, and designed the employee-training curriculum for the New Jersey based insurer. Peggy has also served in a major financial institution’s corporate Human Resources Department working various assignments in recruiting, benefits, compensation and consulting. In her assignment as Director of Employee Relations, she advised the national sales agency force on all corporate Human Resources issues. Prior to beginning her professional career, Peggy Pojawa received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from New Jersey City University.
